What are your delivery times?
Orders are processed and shipped before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday. With the current rapidly changing situation, delivery times are beyond our control. Usually, customers in Quebec receive their order within 2 business days, or before.

How can I feed your risers safely?
The risers we sell are the most advanced on the market. The v009S + version is powered only with a 6 pins connector. We recommend that you use a standard 6-pin PCI connector available on our online store. The risers are working properly if the 12v and 3.3v LEDs light up blue and red when plugged in.

Why don't you recommend SATA connection?
The question is asked very often, but the answer is quite simple. A riser alone can demand up to 75W of power. The regular 6pins port can supply the necessary 75w current while the SATA adapter cannot. A SATA wire can only supply up to 54w which is not enough to riser it. It is possible to use them for less demanding graphics cards, but it is not recommended. On the other hand, the MOLEX adapters we sell can deliver up to 150w of power, which is plenty for the riser.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. We are located in Sherbrooke in the Eastern Townships. When you place your order on our site, please let us know that it is for local pickup. We can also deliver in Sherbrooke and the surrounding area for free.

Do you ship to all over the world?
At the moment we only ship to Canada and the United States. We accept orders from other Canadian provinces and the United States only with an order over $ 100. The regular delivery charge for Canada is $ 10 and $ 15 for the United States. For international shipments, we are not responsible for customs charges.We do however plan to ship worldwide shortly!

It will be our pleasure to take a look at your suggestions. All you have to do is contact us via the '' Contact us '' tab at the top of the page. We do not accept special orders but if the demand is present we will do our best to find it to have it in our online store.

Do you have a warranty on your products?
All of our products are tested before shipping. We will accept exchange on ALL of our adapters up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The parts we sell last much longer than the warranty but unfortunately some people do not use the recommendations for some adapters which could greatly reduce their lifespan.

What happens if I receive a defective product?
If by misfortune you receive a product that does not work (DOA), we will be happy to exchange it for free up to 30 days following the date of purchase. Upon receipt of your return, the part will be tested and if it works, you will be charged the return shipping cost.
